Thyboron port is on the one hand a dynamic and strong port with a position among the 3 largest fishing ports in Denmark, but on the other hand also atypical, as it, unlike other fishing ports, also has a very large flow of shipping activities.

Thyboron port is in the middle of expansion, which will add 150.000 new square meters onshore area for cargo handling and 10 meters water depth in the entrance
